More About Merlin:

Merlin was found by Lynn and another volunteer whilst on the way back from some kennels who were looking after our dogs while we moved to our new shelter. He was on the side of the road and not moving, so she pulled in to see if he was okay. It was clear immediately he had been hit by a car as he didn't try to move at all. The poor boy must have been in so much pain - he was also covered in ticks. He was taken to the vets and had an operation to fix his leg, which has now healed really well and we would love him to find his forever home after all the pain he has been through.

Merlin is a wonderful dog, he has been so good throughout all his surgery, and has spent so much time on kennel rest just watching his friends run around without being able to join in. He's really friendly, walks well on a lead, and keeps his kennel very clean. He would bring so much joy to any home, and we think he'd be a brilliant pet.
