Phoebe and her 7 pups were found in an abandoned factory.  A local started feeding them and then asked for help from rescues.  Phoebe is a pointer x but is much smaller than a pointer – more spaniel size.  Phoebe is full of love, she has been a great mum to her pups, she loves people and will always come for attention.  She will need some basic training when adopted but will make a very attentive, loving companion.
