Maple was picked up as a stray by a Xylatympou pound and 3 days later gave birth to 8 puppies in the municipality pound. Unfortunately 1 died a few days later.  As puppies do not generally survive in a pound we were asked to take them so I picked up Maple and her 7 pups who were 5 weeks old.   The smallest one weighed 260gms. 

When the pups were approximately 8 weeks old, Maple was found to have an infection as her placenta had become infected so she had to have an emergency spay.  She has now fully recovered and looking forward to finding her forever home. Maple is very sweet natured, good with other dogs and cats.
